Ambrosia Salad

3/4 c. diced orange
2 ripe bananas
1/2 c. seedless grapes
1.4 c. pitted dates, cut up
3 tbsp. lemon juice
Creamy mayonnaise or cooked dressing
1/4 c. flaked coconut.
Instructions
Combine fruits; sprinkle with lemon juice. Chill. Fold in mayonnaise or cooked
dressing. Serve on lettuce. Sprinkle with coconut. Yield: 4-6 servings..
