1 (10 ounce) bag cold water washed spinach, torn in bite sized pieces 1 (8 ounce) package sliced mushrooms 1 medium zucchini, sliced 1/2 cup fat-free Italian dressing Salt to taste pepper to taste
Instructions
Toss spinach, mushrooms and zucchini. Add dressing
and toss again. Makes 8 servings
