1 lb. ground beef
28 oz. can baked beans
8 oz. pineapple tidbits, drained
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 C. barbecue sauce
2 T. soy sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper |

| Instructions |
| Brown beef in a skillet, then drain. Transfer to a 3 1/2- to 4-quart crockpot. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 8 hours or until bubbly. Serves 6.
