Spinach Dip
1 cup cream
1 cup Monterey Jack, shredded
1 (8 ounces) pkg. cream cheese
1 small can mild green chiles
1 white onion, chopped
1 jalapeno, finely chopped
1 (10 ounce) pkg. frozen spinach, defrosted, drained & squeezed out excess liquid with paper towels
Instructions
Mix all ingredients at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour in a dish you would serve in. Serve hot with tortilla chips or triscuits.
