Pumpkin Bread
3 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2/3 cup water
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups canned pumpkin
1 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
Sift together dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon batter into 3 prepared greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 F for one hour. Cool on rack 5 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely on rack.
