2 eggs, slightly beaten 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup pineapple juice 1/2 cup orange juice 1 tbsp grated orange peel 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except cream, in top of double boiler. Cook, stirring, over hot, not boiling, water 15 minutes, or until thickened. Refrigerate, covered, until well chilled. Just before serving, fold in whipped cream until well combined.
