4 Bean Salad
cans (14 oz each) green beans
1 can (14 oz) yellow wax beans
1 can (14 oz) kidney beans
1 can (14 oz) lima beans (optional)
1 medium onion
1 green pepper
2/3 cup white vinegar
1/3 cup salad oil
1/2 to 2/3 cup sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Drain beans well. Slice onion and green pepper in rings; add to beans.
Combine remaining ingredients; mix well and pour over vegetables.
Marinate 24 hours before serving.
Yield: 6-8 servings
