Biscuit
4 egg yolks
6 egg whites
180 g sugar
100 g walnuts
1 vanilla sugar
wafers 1 sheet
cream
2 egg yolks
200 g butter
150 g sugar powder
4-5 tablespoons strong coffee
For decoration:
2 tablespoons of ground walnuts
Instructions
Mix egg yolks and sugar into foam, add the ground walnuts and mix in the firm egg whites. Mix butter and sugar into foam, add egg yolks one at a time and gradually stir in cold coffee. Coat the cold biscuit with the cream. Decorate with ground walnuts, or sliced almonds.
