Ingredients 3 eggs 6 C flour 1 baking powder 6 C ricotta cheese 3 limes (juice and zest) 3 C sugar 2 vanilla bourbon sugar 3 C of butter a few drops of bitter almond aroma Lime glaze 2-3 C sugar 1-2 limes (juice + zest)
Instructions
Whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar, add the bitter almonds flavor, lime zest, ricotta, flour with baking powder and mix well. Add the juice of 3 limes and remaining flour. Add melted butter. Bake in muffin molds, in preheated oven at 200 degrees 15-20 minutes. Whisk sugar and juice to make a very thick white mixture. Glaze the tarts. Garnish with candied lime crust.
