Whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar, add the bitter almonds flavor, lime zest, ricotta, flour with baking powder and mix well. Add the juice of 3 limes and remaining flour. Add melted butter.
Bake in muffin molds, in preheated oven at 200 degrees 15-20 minutes.
Whisk sugar and juice to make a very thick white mixture. Glaze the tarts. Garnish with candied lime crust.
