Pumpkin Snacks
1 / 2 kg pumpkin
4 eggs
5 tablespoons flour
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic
pepper and salt
Instructions
Grate the pumpkin and salt it. Finely chopped onion and garlic fry in a little olive oil Add drained pumpkin. Whisk the eggs, add flour, salt and pepper to taste. In deep frying pan heat the oil, put in a large spoon of pumpkin mixture and bake at medium heat on both sides. When you get a nice golden yellow color, remove them to a paper towel to drain excess fat.
