Pumpkin in dressing gown
400 g pumpkin
thick pancake pastry
1 small glass of rum
teaspoon of grated lemon peel
lemon juice
bourbon vanilla
sugar
oil
Instructions
Cut pumpkin into thin, larger pieces. Sprinkle with fine sugar and grated lemon peel. Add rum. Allow rest for at least an hour. During this time, make the pancake pastry, add some lemon juice. Each piece of prepared pumpkin dip into this dough and fry in deep oil until golden. Sprinkle with bourbon vanilla sugar.
