Mix flour, oil, salt and lukewarm water for dough. Knead dough until bubbles appear, then divide it into six equal parts. Place dough on floured surface and leave them covered for a while.
Peel and grate the pumpkin, add salt. After a while, squize the grated pumpkin, add ground poppy seeds and sugar.
On lightly floured surface make 6 very thin sheets of dough. Add fill, roll them and arrange in greased pan. Cover the rolls with ½ of cream and bake in preheated oven. After cca 30 min., cover the cake with the rest of cream and put back in the oven until done. Baked cake, still hot, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
