Pumpkin with fresh cheese
1 kg pumpkin
500 grams of fresh cheese
8 sheets of thin pie pastry
1 egg
Salt, pepper
Nutmeg
2 dl sauercream
Oil or butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Peel the pumpkin and grate it, season with salt and let stand for 5 minutes. Cottage cheese mix with a little plain or mineral water to be creamier, add salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Drain the grated pumpkin and mix with cheese, add one egg. Fill the sheets, roll them and place on greased pan. Cover with sauercream and bake for 40 minutes.
