Fast and cheap pumpkin biscuits
2 cups sugar
1 cup cream
2 cups cooked and chilled pumpkin puree
1 tsp baking powder
3 1/2 cups flour
salt
spices of your choice (cinnamon, cardamom, clove, vanilla)
1 tbsp vinegar
Instructions
Mix cream, sugar and pumpkin puree. Add flour with baking powder, salt and spices. At the end add a spoon of ordinary vinegar. Put the cakes on baking paper and bake at 200 ° about 10 minutes. You can put some nuts and dried fruits in the mixture, if you like
