Butternut squash gnocchi
½ kg butternut squash
1 egg
100 g butter
300 g flour
salt, nutmeg
Instructions
Cook butternut squash in salted water and make a puree. Cool. Make a dough with egg, butter, nutmeg and flour. Make the gnocchi and cook in large amount of salted water. Serve as a sidedish, or with fruits and cream, as a dessert.
