Ham in Bread
Dough for ham weight of 1 kg
1 kg flour
1 cube of fresh yeast
1 tsp sugar
15 g salt
0.5 dl oil
0.5 l of warm water
(for every kg of ham increase the amount of material for the dough)
Instructions
Put the yeast in a little lukewarm water with a teaspoon of sugar. Let it rise. In flour add salt, oil, yeast and lukewarm water and knead the dough as for bread. Wrap the whole ham. Put on oiled pan and bake at 200 ° C per hour for each kilogram of ham.
