Green Bean Stir Fry
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted
2 tsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. peanut butter
1 ½ lbs. green beans, trimmed
9 tsp. vegetable oil
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, garlic, sesame seeds, brown sugar, and peanut butter; set
aside. In a large skillet, stir-fry the green beans in the oil until crisp-tender. Remove from heat.
Add the soy sauce mixture; stir to coat.
