Yogurt cream 2
1 2/3 C yogurt
1 lemon jello
½ C sugar
Glaze:
2 tbs raspberry marmelade
1 lemon
Instructions
Disolve lemon jello in one cup hot water. Cool. Mix joghurt with sugar, add jello and pour in glases. When hardened, remove from glases on plates and cover with marmelade topping. For topping just mix lemon juice with marmelade.
