PUMPKIN AND CHEESE CAKE
15 lady's fingers,
2 tablespoons of butter
2 ½ C of fresh cheese
3 C sugar
2 eggs
2 ½ C pumpkin puree
a teaspoon of lemon peel
4 C sour cream
2 vanilla sticks
1 ½ tbs flour
Instructions
Cut the pumpkin into cubes and boil for six minutes. Drain and mix in puree. Make crumbs of biscuits. Mix with butter and cover the bottom of greased pan with the mixture. For filling, mix the cream cheese with 150 g of sugar. Beat eggs and add cheese with pumpkin puree, lemon peel, vanilla and flour. Spread on the the dough. Bake in oven for about 35 minutes at 160 degrees. For glaze, combine sour cream with sugar and vanilla. Pour over hot cake and bake for another 15 minutes.
