300 ml cream 2 gelatine sheets 100 g sugar vanilla 2 pomegranates 50 g sugar
Instructions
Disolve gelatine in cold water, then in hot cream with vanilla and sugar. Stir and leave to cool. Clean pomegranates, save some juice to make a syrup with sugar. Add fruit in syrup, pour over cream in glasses.
