Onion Soup
250 g onion
50 g butter
1.5 l broth
60 g flour
50 g grated cheese
salt
Instructions
Slice the onion into rings and fry it in butter. When onion turns yellow, add flour and fry, then pour in the broth and simmer. Cook for another 30 minutes. Strain broth and pour it in another dish with grated cheese. Spice and serve with toasted bread cubes.
