Spicy mushroom stew
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 carrot
100 g peas
parsley
50 ml oil
500 g mushrooms
salt, pepper, chilli
1 can Campbells cream mushroom soup
Instructions
Clean and slice mushrooms. Put chopped onion on hot oil in a pan. Stir until glassy, then add sliced carrot and peas. After few min add the mushrooms, chilli and garlic. When done, add cream of mushroom soup and parsley, season with salt and pepper.
