½ cup sugar ½ cup cinnamon 1 kg sweet potato (cooked and mashed into a puree) ½ cup milk 4 cups melted butter 2 beaten eggs 1 ½ teaspoons salt
Instructions
Blend the potato puree with cinnamon and sugar, gradually add milk, butter, eggs and salt. Pour into greased pan and bake for 30 minutes at 175 º C.
