2 ¾ Cups heavier pasta (snail, spaghetti, noodles, etc.)
2 ¼ Cups sweet potato, peeled and cut into cubes and cooked in salted water
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
½ Cup ham cut into small cubes
bacon, diced
1 ¼ Cups cooking cream
salt, pepper, parsley
Fry chopped onion on some olive oil, add sliced garlic, ham and bacon. After few min. add sweet potato cubes, stir, season and add cooking cream. Add cooked pasta and stir, remove from stowe and sprinkle with parsley.
