1 kg of sweet potato

Wash sweet potatoes, cut into slices and place on preheated oven grill at 200 ° C. After 10 minutes turn them over and bake for 10 minutes.
Salsa: fry 2 cloves of garlic in some olive oil. Remove garlic and add tomatoes. Cook for 10-15 min., add parsley, basil, oregano, rosemary and salt.
Cut the onion and leeks into slices, feta cheese into small cubes. Cut the bacon into thin slices and fry for few min. Butter the pan, put the potatoes in, cover them with all the ingredients and sprinkle with rosemary and parmeggiano cheese. Bake for 15 min.
