Amish milk buns
2 tsp yeast
300 g flour
1 yolk
100 g butter
1 tsp sugar
150 ml milk
1 egg
Instructions
Combine warm milk with sugar and butter, add egg yolk and flour and pinch of salt. Make a soft dough and let it rest for a while, to double its size. Form buns, press every peace with spoon in the middle and arrange them in tray. Smear with beaten egg and let it rest for 20 min. Bake in preheated oven (200°C) for 15-20 min.
