Candy Cane Chocolate Fudge
2 cans 14 oz each sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup crushed candy canes
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbs unsalted butter
4 cups bittersweet chocolate chips
Line two 8" square baking pans with parchment paper or foil, leaving an overhang. In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips and milk. Cook until chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth. Add the butter, vanilla, and salt and stir until the butter has melted. Spread the chocolate mixture into the pans and sprinkle with the candy canes, pressing them into top of fudge. Refrigerate until firm, 3 hours. Using the overhangs, transfer the fudge to a cutting board and cut into 1" squares.
