Preheat Oven: 400 degrees. Place parchment paper on bottom of 9x12" baking sheet. Mix first six ingredients thoroughly. Pour into baking sheet. Bake 11-minutes. Remove from oven, let cool completely. Invert baking sheet onto towel sprinkled with powder sugar. Mix remaining ingredients and spread onto cake surface, leaving a half-inch gap on the sides. Gently roll into log. Sprinkle with powder sugar and serve.
