1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/3 c. sliced black olives
2 whole tomatoes, chopped
1 c. shredded low fat cheese
2 (8 or 9 oz.) cans bean dip
Hot sauce to taste
Brown ground turkey and green onion in non-stick skillet which has been sprayed with cooking spray. Cool slightly and mix gently with remaining ingredients. Heat to warm serving temperature and top with additional shredded cheese, if desired. Serve with tortilla chips.
