1/8 lb. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
Nutmeg
Powdered sugar
Marmalade

| Instructions |
| Place 1/8 pound butter in 10 inch hot skillet. Mix 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 cup milk together in a bowl. Beat 2 eggs. Add eggs and mixture, then add nutmeg to taste. Place batter in melted butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Add powdered sugar and marmalade and serve. |
