6 (6 to 8) sweet potatoes
2 egg
2 tablespoons melted margarine
1 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons bourbon
1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
topping:
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
marshmallows
pecans |

| Instructions |
| Cook, peel and mash the potatoes. In a blender or Mixmaster, put potatoes, eggs, margarine, sugar, bourbon and condensed milk. Blend well. Pour into a 2 quart oblong casserole. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes or until set. Add topping and bake 5 minutes or until brown.
