Cook, peel and mash the potatoes. In a blender or Mixmaster, put potatoes, eggs, margarine, sugar, bourbon and condensed milk. Blend well. Pour into a 2 quart oblong casserole. Bake at 375?F for 20 minutes or until set. Add topping and bake 5 minutes or until brown.
