Chicken And Stuffing Roll Ups
4-6 chicken breasts
6 oz. box stuffing mix; prepared to pkg. directions
1 cup regular white rice
24 oz. chicken gravy
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F. Spray a 9x13" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Pour uncooked rice into dish. Pour 12 oz. chicken gravy over rice; mix well. Pound chicken breasts to 1" thickness. Lay flat and spoon stuffing mix onto the widest part of each breast. Roll breasts; secure with toothpick if necessary. Place chicken on top of gravy and rice. Pour remaining gravy over all. Cover and bake 20 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
