6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 lbs.,) pounded to
l/4 inch thickness.
l can cream of chicken soup
2 cups of shredded mild cheddar cheese (I have also sub. taco cheese)
l/2 c. milk
l pkg. taco seasoning mix
3 cups of corn chips
Place chicken in a l3 x 9 inch baking pan. Mix soup, l l/2 c. of cheese, milk and seasoning mix. Spoon over chicken and cover with chips and bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Spinkle with remaining l/2 cup cheese. Bake an additional l0 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serve with rice.
