1 Chicken cut up
1 Pkg of onion gravy mix
garlic powder to taste
salt & pepper to taste
1 Tbls. Flour (heaping)
1/2 tsp. Cajun Spice
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
3 c. water

| Instructions |
| Fry Chicken and place in a dutch oven. Pour off grease except for a tablespoon and keep the fried crumbs.Add the flour and the gravy mix,stir. Add the water salt pepper Kitchen Bouquet,cajun seasoning,and garlic.Mix well,pour over chicken and simmer till done serve over rice. |
