1 pound Guittard's white chocolate Apeels
1 cup red hot cinnamon candies
white sparkling sugar crystals
In batter bowl, melt chocolate 1 minute on high
in microwave. Stir. Microwave another 30 seconds,
if needed, or until chocolate has melted. Gently
stir in red hots. Pour onto a waxed paper lined
baking sheet and spread thin. Sprinkle with sugar.
Cool completely and then break into chunks
