Brown Sugar Pecan Candy
One 16-ounce box brown sugar
2 cups pecan halves
1/2 cup whole milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
Boil brown sugar, pecans, and milk until soft ball forms when dropped in cold water. Add butter and vanilla. Drop by teaspoonful on waxed paper, trying to have 2 pecan halves in each "drop."
