Marinate a salmon fillet 6 hours or overnight:
1 cup oil
3/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup worchestire sauce
1/4 cup white wine ( I usually only have white zinfindel and use it)
1/2 teaspoon galic salt
2 tablespoons parsley
Line cookie sheet with tin foil (for easy cleanup)
Place fish on foil skin side down. You can toss the marinade you will not need it.
Bake at 400 Degrees 10 minutes per pound.
Serve with fresh asparagus and rice.
Even those that don't like fish love this recipe, no fishy smell either
