Sweet Ricotta Pie
1 lb. ricotta, grated
1/4 c. candied pineapple, cut up
1/4 c. candied cherries, cut up
1/4 c. chopped nuts
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. orange, lemon citron
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 tbsp. flour
Instructions
Fold egg whites into combined ingredients. Place in unbaked pie shell, top with a lattice crust. Garnish with halved maraschino cherries. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
