6 oz. softened cream cheese 1 c. finely chopped pecans 1-1/2 tsp. chili powder 2 cloves pressed garlic 4 drops Tabasco sauce 1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. black pepper |

| Instructions |
| In a bowl, blend cream cheese, salt, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce. Add the pecans and garlic and mix well. With your hands, shape the mixture into a roll 4 or 5 inches long. On a sheet of waxed paper, evenly spread out chili powder. Roll log in powder. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 5 hours. |
