Chile Rellenos Casserole
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (4 oz.) cans chile
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
4 beaten eggs
3 or 4 dashes Tabasco
Instructions
Brown beef and onion. Drain off fat. Add salt and pepper. Put half of chiles in 6x10x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese, then meat, then rest of chiles. Combine remaining ingredients, beat until smooth. Pour over chiles. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
