Apricot-orange Mold
1 pkg. Jello
1-1/2 c. apricot juice
1 (3 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. whipped cream
1 can mandarin oranges
Instructions
Measure apricot juice and add 1/2 cup water. Boil and add to lemon juice. Cool until it begins to set. Cream cheese and beat into Jello until smooth. Whip cream and fold in. Arrange drained orange slices in mold and pour Jello mixture over. Refrigerate.
