1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp cheese
2 stalks celery, dried finely
1 sm. onion
8 - 10 pimiento olives, diced
1/2 (16 oz.) pkg. Wispride Cold Pack cheese food sharp Cheddar
Set all cheeses at room temperature to soften. Cut sharp cheese into bite size wedges and put aside. In a medium bowl, combine celery, onion and olives. Add cream cheese. Mix with a fork until vegetables are uniform in cream cheese. Add the sharp cheese and Wispride. Mix. Form into a ball. If desired, cheese ball may be rolled in nuts, bacon bits, Salad Crispins, or other crunchy topping. This cheese ball freezes well, but freeze before it is covered with a topping.
