4 4 oz. fish fillets
1/3 cups Lo-cal mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. Snipped fresh chives
1/2 tsp. White wine Worchestershire (which I didn't have so used regular Worchestershire sauce)
1. Cod, salmon, and orange roughy are all good choices for this easy recipe.
2. Thaw fish, if frozen.
3. Rinse and pat dry.
4. Spray a 10x6x2" bakin dish with pam; set aside.
5. In a smal bowl stir together mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, chives or green onion, and worchestershire sauce. 6. Sread mayonnaise mixture over fish fillets.
7. Bake, uncovered, in a 450 degree oven for 12 - 15 minutes or till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Nutritional information: per serving: 176 calories, 22 g. protein, 1 g carbohydrates, 9 g fat, 59 mg cholesterol, 238 mg sodium, 477 mg potassium.
