Crock Pot Pork Chops And Corn Stuffing
Pork Chops with Corn Stuffing- crockpot
6 servings

1 tablespoon oil
6 boneless pork loin chops, 3/4 inch thick
4 cups cornbread stuffing mix
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon dried sage leaves, crushed
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) chicken broth
1 can (11 ounce) vacuum packed corn with red and green peppers, drained
1 egg beaten
Instructions
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add pork chops and cook until brown on both sides.Drain. In large bowl combine remaining ingredients, mix well. Spray inside of crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Spoon stuffing mixture into crockpot. Arrange pork chops in 2 layers over stuffing.
