Black Bean Burritos
1 can Progresso black beans
1 can Mexican stewed tomatoes
6 to 8 flour tortillas
GARNISHES
Chopped tomato
Shredded lettuce
Chopped green onion
Monterey Jack cheese
Prepared salsa, sour cream or plain
yogurt
Instructions
Drain and rinse beans and mix with tomatoes in micro-safe, covered dish. Cook until hot. Spoon generous 1/4 cup of bean mixture on flour tortilla; roll into burrito. Top with garnishes of your choice.
