1 pkg lemon jello
2 cups hot water
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 cups cold water minus 2 Tablespoons

| Instructions |
| Mix jello with hot water, sugar, lemon juice. Add cold water and chill till almost set. Chill 1 can carnation evaporated milk in refrigerator
Crust:
1/4 cup melted butter
18 crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup brown sugar
Blend all together, use 3/4 for crust pressing firmly into large 13x9x2 pan. Once milk is chilled and jello almost set, beat milk with mixer till light and fluffy and small peaks form. Fold jello into milk mixture and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture over graham cracker crust, top with remaining 1/4 graham cracker mixture sprinkling over top.
