Beef Tomato Soup 8 Ww Points
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup
2 cups cut-up cooked beef (12 ounces)
1 cup frozen green peas
1 cup uncooked instant rice
3/4 cup seasoned croutons
Instructions
Prepare soup with water as directed on can, using 3-quart saucepan. Stir in beef and frozen peas; heat to boiling. Stir in rice; remove from heat. Cover and let stand about 5 minutes or until rice is tender; stir. Sprinkle each serving with croutons.
