You will need: 3/4 c. butter or shortening 1 egg 1/2 c. applesauce
Instructions
Mix the butter by whipping it until light or fluffy. Next, add the egg and applesauce, beating it until mixed. Pour in the contents of the jar and stir until combined. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a well greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 7 - 12 minutes.
