Butterscotch Brownie Mix 2
1/2 cup firmly packed flaked coconut
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
2 cups flour
1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Use a one quart, wide-mouth canning jar. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt together. Set aside. Pour in the coconut, then the walnuts, brown sugar and the flour mixture, packing each layer. Seal and decorate the jar, and attach the recipe tag to the jar.
