2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 1/2 cups white sugar 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Use a one quart, wide-mouth canning jar. Pack each layer. Mix together the flour, salt and baking soda together, then into the jar. Next add the cocoa, sugar, and last the semisweet chocolate chips. Seal and decorate the jar, and attach the recipe tag to the jar.
